The existing planning permission


In October 2018, permission was granted for a 48 storey building.

The 48 storey building includes 322 homes, of which 71 are designated as affordable housing, representing 25% of the total number of ‘habitable rooms’ (living rooms and bedrooms), the method used to measure affordable housing in Tower Hamlets. Of the 71, 31 are for shared ownership and 40 are for rented at either Tower Hamlets or London Affordable rent levels.

810 square metres of space is designated for community use and 79 square metres of flexible space for retail/ restaurant/ community space.
